【Career】

She is a passionate Pilates instructor, dedicated to helping people achieve their personal goals and develop body and mind awareness.

She was an elite-level basketball player and the captain of her team. After her athletic career ended, she worked as a physical education teacher at a high school in Japan. She then spent two years in Africa, working as a lecturer at a local teacher training college and supporting the community with exercise and health programs. Additionally, she has run sports classes for children and provided exercise instruction for adults in various Asian countries. After moving to Australia, she enjoyed attending Pilates classes and eventually completed her Pilates instructor training in Australia.

She first discovered Pilates after experiencing lower back pain. She tried various treatments, including osteopathy, massage, and chiropractic care, but saw no significant improvement. At the recommendation of a friend, she started taking Pilates classes, and her lower back pain improved. Impressed by the rapid and successful recovery, she decided to deepen her knowledge of Pilates and transition into teaching.

【Career】

I played handball for 10 years and experienced multiple injuries, undergoing two surgeries. During this time, I was diagnosed with congenital acetabular dysplasia.

Wanting to strengthen my body after these injuries, I started practicing yoga and Pilates. This journey inspired me to help others facing similar challenges.

For seven years in Japan, I worked as an instructor, offering group classes, personal training, and event lessons.

Currently, while providing online lessons to my Japanese clients, I am studying for a nationally recognized Pilates qualification in Australia.

He started playing soccer at the age of 10, and played in overseas and Japan for 14 years. When he retired at the age of 24, he started working as a personal fitness trainer.

While working there, he found that doing only muscle training was not enough to have the right results. After he met Pilates, he was convinced that Pilates is the best way to make a good body and mental.

From that experience, he obtained a Pilates qualification, studied anatomy, and gained 5 years of experience as a Pilates trainer.

Now, I am in Australia to teach Pilates!

Pilates is the foundation for those who are doing body-making, achieving results in sports, and improving their posture.

Career】

She first met Pilates in Australia in 2016. Just 2 weeks after she started Pilates, she noticed significant change on her body, and she received compliments on her body areas that were where she had once considered as her weak points, then, she began to think that it would be amazing to share this wonderful experience with others.

After she came back to Japan, she worked at a Pilates studio, pursuing a certification, in which she realized that Pilates is effective in the improvement of sports and rehabilitation as well.

She could share the incredible benefits of Pilates with people at the Pilates studio in Japan; however, she still wanted to experience the Pilates she had in Australia so, she decided to return Australia.

She obtained a fitness diploma and went to a massage school to have knowledge of anatomy, and now she works as a massage therapist and have reformer classes where she teaches how to properly use the body, not only just do Pilates.

It’s amazing to learn yourself more and how to take care of your body through Pilates. Your body is just like a car: if you don’t maintain it, it will break down.Let’s keep our bodies healthy and pain free with Pilates !

【Career】

Worked as a physiotherapist at an orthopedic clinic in Japan. Specializes in the kinetic chain, which is the connection between body movements, and anatomical approaches. He became interested in Pilates after experiencing that by incorporating elements of Pilates, which are conscious of the connection between movements centered on the core, higher quality rehabilitation can be provided.

After working at an orthopedic clinic in Japan, he worked independently as a therapist in Australia. During this time, he realized that it is important to develop high-quality exercise habits in order to prevent pain and discomfort. He then met luluto, which offers high-quality Pilates, and decided to work there.
